Promovision Directory Terms

These terms govern listing your business in the public Promovision directory. They supplement the Terms of Service.

1. Listing is optional and reviewed

You choose whether your business appears in the directory (Website settings; new signups may opt in during onboarding). All listings are subject to review, and we may approve, decline, suspend, or remove a listing at our discretion — in particular for inaccurate information, prohibited content, impersonation, or breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. You can hide your listing at any time.

2. Your responsibilities

You warrant that the information in your listing (business name, services, prices, photos, service area, contact details) is accurate, current, and yours to publish, and that your business holds any licence or certification legally required to offer the services you list (e.g., trade licences). You are responsible for keeping the listing up to date.

3. What we display

You grant us the right to display your business profile — including your name, logo, photos, services, prices, ratings and reviews, and service area — in the directory, in search and category pages, and in previews (including search-engine and social-media previews). Listings may be indexed by search engines.

4. Reviews and ratings

Where ratings or reviews appear, they reflect third-party opinions. You may not fabricate, purchase, or manipulate reviews. We may remove content that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful, but we do not undertake to monitor all content.

5. Featured placement

Featured or highlighted positions, where offered, are assigned by Promovision. Purchasing or receiving featured placement does not constitute endorsement of your business by Promovision.

6. No guarantee

The directory is a discovery surface. We do not guarantee visibility, ranking, traffic, leads, or bookings, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and consumers who find you through the directory.

7. Removal on account closure

Directory listings are removed when the underlying account is deleted.
